I created the video to show how Meridian worked alongside Skippy Foods, emergency responders, contractors, consultants, vendors, and support teams after the Little Rock facility shut down. The story follows the full recovery process, from damage assessment and salvage work to deep cleaning, equipment inspections, and rebuilding. I structured the edit around a clear timeline so viewers could understand both the scale of the disruption and the pace of the response. The final piece highlights the plant’s return to operations on October 29 while keeping the focus on the people and coordination behind the recovery. The result turns a major setback into a focused story about resilience, partnership, and restoring a familiar product to production. This was my firs major use of AI generated video content to fill in the gaps for what we did not have.
